How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email info@apexvista.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Apex Vista UK Ltd will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Pack Your Item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name and order number.
Post It Back
Send the item to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked service. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Eligible for Return
- ✓Item received in the last 30 days
- ✓Unused and in original condition
- ✓In original packaging with all accessories
- ✓Accompanied by proof of purchase
Not Eligible for Return
- ✗Items returned after 30 days
- ✗Opened hygiene products (ear thermometers, blood pressure cuffs)
- ✗Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
- ✗Downloadable or digital products
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover return postage and offer a full refund or free replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
Wrong Item Received
If we send you the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange collection at no cost to you and dispatch the correct item the same day where stock allows.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The time to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider — typically 3–10 working days.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
